My name is Mario Aguzzi and I have a diploma in Agriculture and also work part time as a teacher in a nearby Technical Training College for Agriculture.
I manage the over 40 hectares of the farm myself, here I grow in rotation sunflowers, alfalfa, durum wheat and pulses.
The farm is surrounded by olive trees from which I make a small production of extra virgin olive oil, totally destined for personal consumption.
Within the farm there are small tracks that criss-cross the fields giving our guests the chance to enjoy short and easy strolls in our wonderful natural environment.
